Mangaluru, Jan 12: NSS students of Alva's Degree College held a cleanliness programme at Moodbidri's thousand pillar Basadi as part of Dharmasthala Dharmadhikari Dr D Veerendra Heggade's vision of cleanliness.

Swasthi Shree Charukeerthi Bhattaraka Pandithacharya of Moodbidri Jain math led the cleanliness programme. More than 60 student volunteers participated. NSS officer Gurudev was present.
