Mumbai, Dec 19: Srajana Balaga released three books on December 16 namely 'Mahila Janapada Krithi', a collection of essays by different authors, 'Sagaradachege' by Dr Sunitha M Shetty and a translation of 'Jane Air' by Shamala Madhava.

Justice Srikrishna presided over the programme held at Mysore Association Mumbai auditorium, Matunga east on Friday December 16 evening. At the programme held under the aegis of Mysore Association Mumbai, Sparrow Association head Dr C S Laxmi was the chief guest. Dr Girija Shastri and journalist Dayasagar Chowta reviewed the works.

Guests Narayana Shetty of Navin Printers presented flower bouquets and honored Dr G P Kusuma, Dakshayini Yedahalli and Sharada A Anchan.

Co-Convener Meena Kalavara and treasurer Suma Dwarakanath were present. Sushila Devadiga sang a welcome song. Shamala Madhava spoke on the works. Dakshayini Yedahalli gave the keynote address. Shanta Shastri compered the programme. Secretary Sharada Ambesange proposed the vote of thanks.
