Delhi, Dec 10: State Training Commisioner (S) Diogo R Fernandes has been awarded the Silver Elephant Award, the highest national award of the Scout and Guide Movement in India.

On December 5 an award ceremony was held at Darbar Hall of Rashtrapati Bhavan, Delhi. The award was personally presented by the honorable president of India, Pranab Mukherjee.
