Kasargod, Nov 10: A complaint stands filed in Badiyadka police station relating to abduction of a second standard student by a gang of strangers. The gang, which took the girl to various places, went away after dropping her near her school after sometime. The case was registered on the basis of complaint filed by the headmaster of the school.
The incident reportedly occurred near Pilankatte on Tuesday November 8 morning. At around 9.30 am, the girl was walking towards her school alone, when people seated in a black car that was parked by the roadside asked her to come near them, it is said. The girl refused, at which the gang got down from the car, forcibly took the girl into their possession, before driving away, it is learnt.
The school headmaster addressed the complaint to the district superintendent of police thereafter. There is no clue or information as to who committed this crime and why. Badiyarka police, who registered the case, said that they will investigate the complaint.
