Puttur, Oct 4: Received with great devotion and reverence, the statue of Mother Mary was brought from the church of Our Lady Virgin of the Poor Church, Uppinangady to St John the Baptist Church, Kokkada in a solemn procession on Thursday, November 3.

Fr Ronald Pinto, Fr Ronald Lobo, Fr Stany Fernandes and both the parishes faithful were gathered. Then followed the prayer service at 4.30 PM.
