At Mother Theresa Housing Society we offer 1 bhk apartment for 12 to 13 lakhs, 2 bhk for 17 to 19 lakhs and 3bhk home comes in the range of 23 to 26 lakhs”, Ashwin explains. The company has come up with a pre-launch offer wherein buyers can book their dream home by paying an advance of Rs. 3 lakhs. It must be noted that this pre-launch offer is available only for the first 300 apartments only.
He said the company also offers another ingenious scheme wherein prospective home buyers can book their apartment by making a down payment of about 25 to 30 per cent of the cost and the remaining money can be paid in 96 interest-free equated monthly instalments (EMIs). The project will be completed within a period of 4 years but the payment of instalment begins from the date of launching of the project. The project will be launched by the end of January 2017.
