Novel concept

Ashwin says it is a first of its kind of project, ideal at those with an income bracket of Rs 10,000 to 50,000/- per month. “While our earlier projects were aimed at the middle class, this project is planned specifically as an affordable housing project. At Mother Theresa Housing Society we offer 1 bhk apartment for 12 to 13 lakhs, 2 bhk for 17 to 19 lakhs and 3bhk home comes in the range of 23 to 26 lakhs”, Ashwin explains. The company has come up with a pre-launch offer wherein buyers can book their dream home by paying an advance of Rs. 3 lakhs. It must be noted that this pre-launch offer is available only for the first 300 apartments only.

He said the company also offers another ingenious scheme wherein prospective home buyers can book their apartment by making a down payment of about 25 to 30 per cent of the cost and the remaining money can be paid in 96 interest-free equated monthly instalments (EMIs). The project will be completed within a period of 4 years but the payment of instalment begins from the date of launching of the project. The project will be launched by the end of January 2017.

With these yet to be launched projects and other upcoming projects which are in the pipeline ICARE Builders and Promoters has strengthened its position as builders and promoters of high standing.     Thanks Mr. Ashwin Pereira for addressing the common man concern most of the the hifi luxurious project are beyond reach of common man Besides, it is heartwarming to notice that most of luxuries are provided probably could fit in since it is a large project. Looking at the rates and amenities provided, it looks enterprising besides location also good, closer to Mangalore & Udupi City.
