Mangaluru, Sep 19: Naresh Shenoy, who is the prime accused in Vinayaka Baliga murder case, has been released from district prison here on Monday, September 19 on conditional bail.
The state high court had granted him conditional mail on September 15.
Vinayaka Baliga was murdered on March 21 this year. Naresh Shenoy, who was made the prime accused, was absconding for many days till he was arrested on June 26.
Though the bail was secured on September 15, Naresh had to wait for four more days to receive the order copy from the high court and to complete legal procedures.
The conditional bail says that Naresh has to provide a bond of Rs 2 lac with also sureties of two persons and he should not destroy any evidence connected to the case.
