Freetown, Sep 9 (IANS): The president of the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA), Isha Johansen, her deputy and the organisation's Secretary General, were arrested after they were questioned by Anti Corruption Commission (ACC).
Alhassan Kargbo, the Public Relations Officer of ACC, confirmed to Xinhua that they were arrested on Thursday.
Sources close to SLFA said they will have to respond to questions relating to the Under 17 funding as well as funds amounting to thousands of dollars from FIFA and the CAF.
