New Delhi, July 4 (IANS): Mobility solutions firm Mahindra Comviva on Monday launched a big data-driven mobile analytics solution that generates actionable customer insights.
The solution named "MobiLytixTM Suite" aggregates subscriber usage data across multiple touch points, enabling deeper customer experience while improving revenue growth of telecom operators.
“With the MobiLytixTM Suite, we hope to establish a new business niche for customer and channel value management driven by analytics and actionable insights," said Manoranjan 'Mao' Mohapatra, CEO, Mahindra Comviva in a statement.
The MobiLytixTM Suite is a comprehensive business proposition addressing the business needs of service providers.
"With our MobiLytixTM product line, we expect to be a significant player in one of the fastest growing segment in the mobility space," Mohapatra added.
