Sadanand D Nayak Elected President of Rajapur Sangh

Mumbai, Nov 6: Rajapura Saraswat Sangh was founded in 1956 at Saraswat Sadan, located at Parel,  It has co-founded Sri Durgaparameshwari Credit Society and Rajapura Saraswat Co-Operative Bank. 

 

The elections for the same were held recently during the annual general meeting of R S Sangh.  Sadanand D Nayak was unanimously elected as president of R S Sangh.  Sadanand Nayak has been serving as CEO of R S Co-Operative Bank, for the past 8 years.  Nayak was also appointed as trustee for the first time in Kavale GSB Math.  He has been serving as vice-president of All India Saraswat Cultural Organisation, vice-president of Jayashreekrishna Parisara Premi Samiti, member of managing committee of Karnataka Sangh Goregaon . 

Umesh Bhat, director of R S Co-Operative Bank, was elected as vice-president of  R S Sangh.  Prabhakar D Borkar was elected as secretary of R S Sangh for the consecutive 19th year.  He is serving as senior personnel manager with Times of India.  Vishnumurthy Nayak, principal of Fatima Devi High School and Sunil Nayak are elected as joint secretaries.  Ramanna Shepde was elected as treasurer.  He is serving as excise superintendent in central excise.  Ramachandra B Nayak was elected as joint treasurer.
