New Delhi, Apr 14 (IANS): Tech giant Yahoo has announced that starting Thursday, Yahoo Mail app users can manage multiple mailboxes to send files from Google Drive, Dropbox or image format GIFs from Tumblr.
"Thanks to the new access to files from Google Drive and Dropbox, as well as GIFs from Tumblr, users can quickly send their spring break photos, that important presentation, or that GIF that so perfectly describes their excitement," the company said in a statement.
To send a quick GIF, when composing an email in the Yahoo Mail app, users can choose from the top-trending animated GIFs around the world provided by Tumblr.
Users can also select from categories including "Love", "LOL", "Cute", "Cheers", "Fail", "Happy", or search for the perfect GIF.
A tap on the GIF will allow them to add it into their email.
The first time you tap on the cloud icon in compose, you will be asked to connect to your Google Drive or Dropbox account.
With instant access to all of your files in the cloud, you’ll now be able to browse through recent files or search for a specific file directly from your email.
The latest updates to the Yahoo Mail app are available for iOS (4.3) and Android (5.4) devices.
