Mumbai, Oct 1: Alistair Pereira has been granted bail the Supreme Court on Monday. The Bombay High Court had sentenced the convict for three years rigourous imprisonment last month.
He was convicted of for causing the death of seven persons and injuries to seven others in a hit-and-run accident here in 2006. The Bombay High Court bench had also slapped Rs 5 lakh fine on him
