We will make Goa 'Congress mukt' in 2017: Naik

Panaji, Mar 16 (TOI): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), on Monday, said that they have decided to make Goa ' Congress mukt' in the upcoming 2017 assembly elections.

Speaking to media persons, BJP general secretary Damodar Naik said, "Congress is talking about throwing BJP out from the state, but Congress itself will be thrown out of the state." Naik also said that the recent elections of the corporation of the city of Panaji was the beginning of the state becoming 'Congress mukt'. Reacting to the issue of the ruckus created in the assembly by the opposition leader, Naik condemned this behavior of opposition in the assembly. He advises the opposition to study and corner the government on the floor and not to stall assembly proceedings.

Making congress mukt in 2017 at the hustings is stupidity since the voter is the king maker. Mr Naik can definitely make congress mukt through unethical means of horse trading, as congress politicians like every other politician is not a saint.
