Mumbai, Feb 4 (IANS): Superstar Chiranjeevi will on Thursday undergo a minor shoulder surgery at a private hospital here, said a source close to the actor.
"It's a very minor surgery. Over the last few months, he's been struggling with some pain in his shoulder. He has finally decided to get it operated as he starts shooting for his next film from March, and doesn't want the pain to aggravate," a source close to the Telugu film star told IANS.
He has been advised rest for two weeks post-surgery.
From the second week of March, Chiranjeevi will start shooting for the yet-untitled Telugu remake of Tamil blockbuster "Kaththi".
