New Delhi, Jan 25 (IANS): Chinese smartphone maker LeEco on Tuesday claimed that 300,000 people had done pre-sale registrations for its Le1S device on Flipkart, five days after it launched two "superphones" in the Indian market.
"... going by the current pre-sale registration numbers, we should be setting new sale records for 'superphones' in India," Atul Jain, the company's India COO, said in a statement.
The phone is available for Rs.10,999 on Flipkart, which is also giving a 10 percent cash back for the Axis bank card users.
The registrations for the first flash sale of Le1S will continue till 11 a.m. on February 2.
LeEco, formerly LeTv, had on January 20 launched LeMax and Le1S smartphones here, saying the devices would "disrupt the pricing competition" in the Indian market.
