Chikkamagaluru, Jan 22: “There are two applications pending in the courts regarding the Sri Ram temple issue in Ayodhya, one in High Court and another in Supreme Court. I do not know when the courts will come to judgements. Once these applications are cleared, Sri Ram temple will be built,” said Pravin Togadia, the international working president of Vishwa Hindu Parishad here on Thursday, January 21.

Togadia was speaking in a function organised here in a private hotel hall after he came from his visit to Sringeri.

“We have collected 60 % of the stones required for the temple. The next step is getting the disputed land into possession” he added.

“ Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel had taken a decision from the government to build the Somnath temple. Accordingly an appropriate decision from the government should be taken in the parliament regarding the construction of the Ayodhya temple.” Togadia said.
