Mangaluru, Dec 16: “Hiflul Kuran and Madrasa are necessary for the development of the community. Awareness of Islam and society is possible only through religious education,” said Panakkad Hyder Ali
Shihab Thanjal. He spoke after laying the foundation stone for Hiflul Kuran College and Madrasa building at Badyar Deralakatte by Ulama Islamic Center.




“The proposed Hiflul Kuran college is welcome. This kind of a project that inspires the study of Islam requires everybody's support. When all join together in support of this work, people will get an opportunity for an in-depth study of community and religion,” he said.

Panakkad Sayyad Abbas Ali Shihab Tanjal inaugurated the programme. District Khazi Shaikhuna Thwakha Ahmed Musliyar conducted the programme. Kasargod joint Khazi Professor K Ali Kutty Musliyar, SKIMVB
chief secretary Kotumale Bapu Musliyar, Mushavara member Mithabail Jabbar Ustad, Ameer Thanjal Kinya and minister U T Khader were present as guests of honor.

Belma grama panchayat vice president Sattar C M, member Kabeer D, Deralakatte central Juma Masjid president Aboobacker Natekal, Swagath Aboobacker Haji, SKASSF Deralakatte president Naufal, businessman Siddik Ghlad, Deralakatte central Juma Masjid former president Ismail Haji, Shamsul Ulama Islamic Center president Ibrahim Badyar, chief secretary Lathif Badyar, joint secretary Naushad Badyar, press secretary Ibrahim Konaje were present. Kaleel Rehman Arshadi compered the programme.
