Tumakuru, Dec 14 (DHNS): Home Minister G Parameshwara has said that the State government would recruit 8,000 police constables in next one year.
Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of an event here on Sunday, the Home minister said, "The government is planning to implement an automated recruitment system in police department."
Parameshwara, who is also the KPCC president, said that Congress would win at least 13 seats in council polls for local bodies constituencies.
