Panaji, Aug 15: Churchill Alemao's turning into a Congress supporter was amply rewarded with his being made a minister on Tuesday, August 14 afternoon.

    Some Politicians think that they can serve to the country only if they are given a ministerial post. Otherwise they cannot serve the country truthfully. Churchill Alemao is one of them.
