The Company’s much awaited luxury villas offered through its most ambitious project 'Mangalore Hills' are now getting finishing touches. The promoters shared the happiness of their accomplishment by celebrating its Annual General Meeting wherein a gala networking dinner was arranged for the distinguished people of the city, company shareholders and to all those associated directly and indirectly with the company.
The project is developed in three phases and 45 villas which come under the 1st phase of the project are nearly ready for habitation. Networking Dinner
Getting proper feedback is a must for any company to know the pulse of the people so as to adopt corrective measures. The company therefore hosts a networking dinner to mark its Annual General Meeting every year wherein feedback is sought from the concerned people. This year’s dinner was held on September 19, 2015 wherein Karnataka Bank MD and CEO, Jayarama Bhat was the chief guest. Karnataka Bank is one of the lead bankers of the project. Jayarama Bhat expressed happiness and satisfaction at the progress made by the project.
A walk-through video was presented that gave a glimpse of the project to the esteemed gathering. The year’s celebrations had special significance as it marked the 10th anniversary of the company. It is a coincidence that the first phase of the project is getting completed on the 10th anniversary of the company.
