Jet Airways posts higher Q2 net profit


Chennai, Oct 28 (IANS): Private carrier Jet Airways (India) Ltd. said on Wednesday it closed the second quarter with a net profit of Rs.87.59 crore.

In a regulatory filing in BSE, the company said it has posted a net profit of Rs.87.59 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2015, as compared to Rs.69.82 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.

The company said its total income has increased from Rs.5,015.72 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2014, to Rs.5,443.92 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.
