Tbilisi (Georgia), Sep 25 (IANS): English champions Chelsea are interested in signing Georgia international goalkeeper Giorgi Loria, the national team's coach Kaja Tsjadadze said on Friday.
"There were two days where Chelsea would not stop calling," said Tsjadadze, adding that he recommended that the Georgian goalkeeper, 29, concentrate on continuing for his new Russian side Krylia Sovetov, reports Efe.
Loria recently signed a one-year contract with the Russian club moving from Olympiacos of Greece.
Loria has played 33 games for Georgia.
