Chennai, Sep 5 (IANS): Filmmaker K.V. Anand, who delivered Tamil blockbuster "Anegan" earlier this year, is most likely to team up with actor Sivakarthikeyan in his next yet-untitled project in the language.
"Anand had planned to work with one of the leading heroes but since nobody has dates for the next two years, he has decided to work with Sivakarthikeyan in his next project," a source close to the director told IANS.
With five back-to-back hits, Sivakarthikeyan is on a roll and has emerged as one of the most bankable Tamil stars.
According to the source, Anand's project will only go on the floors after Sivakarthikeyan wraps up his current film with debutant director Bhagyaraj.
"The project has been finalized verbally. But Anand is still giving final touches to the script. As soon as he locks his script, Sivakarthikeyan is expected to sign the project officially," he added.
