Nimrat Kaur talks highly of co-star Akshay Kumar in Airlift

Mumbai, Aug 27: Lunchbox actress Nimrat Kaur was effusive in her praise of co-star Singh is King star Akshay Kumar with regards to his work ethic as well as how he manages to make work fun on the sets.

Both actors are working on completing their shooting for the movie Airlift which is said to be set in the context of the Gulf War in 1990. The Gulf War happened in Kuwait, and many Indians trapped in the nation needed to be brought home Akshay plays the role of a Indian billionaire abroad who uses his money and status to have the Indians in Kuwait evacuated. It is said to be the biggest human evacuation in history.

The 33 year old actress, said, "Working with Akshay is fantastic. It is a pleasure to work with him. He is such a great guy. It is too much fun when he is around on sets." Nimrat Kaur became even more renowned with the success that was witnessed by her internationally acclaimed film The Lunchbox opposite Jurassic World III actor Irrfan Khan. She was also part of the cast for the American TV soap Homeland.

She further revealed, "We have three weeks of shoot left for November. We have a good 30 per cent of the film left. We are all very excited for it. It is coming out really well. There aren't any elaborate action sequences. It is all normal."
