Bengaluru, Aug 18: Karnataka’s Large and Medium Industries and Tourism R V Deshpande visited Mexico and Peru to invite investors to the ensuing `Invest Karnataka 2015’, an investors’ summit scheduled to be held in Bengaluru on November 23-25.

Deshpande led a high-level delegation and addressed a road show in Mexico City organised in association with the Indian Embassy in Mexico and the Mexican Business Council for Foreign Trade, Investment and Technology (COMCE).

The delegation has lined up meetings to attract investments to Karnataka in the fields of aerospace supply chain; agro and food processing; automotive; biotechnology; drugs and pharma; education; IT; urban infrastructure; and tourism.

The delegation include State Chief Secretary Kaushik Mukherjee, Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister Narasimha Raju D N and Tourism Department’s , Additional Chief Secretary Pradeep Singh Kharola, said a press release.
