Bengaluru, Aug 17: The Karnataka State Highways Improvement Project (KSHIP), a State Government undertaking of the Public Works Department, has opened Public Response Centre (PRC) to address the complaints and accept the suggestion from people affected by road development projects and also from the general public.
KSHIP is in the process of developing and upgrading 1,813 km of state highways across 18 districts in Karnataka.
In its attempt to strengthen the state highways in the state, it is involved in activities like land acquisition, rehabilitation and resettlement of Project Affected People (PAP), maintaining forest, environment etc.
