Daijiworld Media Network – Udupi (EP)

Udupi, Aug 10: Daijiworld correspondent in Udupi, Umesh Marpalli was elected as the president of Geleyara Balaga, Marpalli, along with other office bearers for the year 2015-16 unopposed in their annual general body meeting.

The annual general meeting was held on Sunday, August 9 and it was chaired by the president Vittal Serigar.

The other office bearers are: Honorary president Kunhumonu, president Umesh Marpalli, vice president Vishwajit C Salian, secretary Harischandra, joint secretary Ganesh Devadiga, treasurer Manjunath Shettigar, cultural secretary Vasanth Shettigar, joint cultural secretary Sadashiva Acharya, sports secretary Rajesh Alevooru, joint sports secretary Vittal Serigar, organizing secretary Nagaraj Shettigar, auditor Ramesh Marpalli.

Krishna Serigar, Vijay R Nayak, Prabhakar Shettigar, Bhaskar Shettigar, Sanjeeva Poojary, Panduranga Naik, Prashanth Achai, Rafik Kukkikatte and Prasad Serigar were appointed as working committee members.
