Nigerian held in Goa with LSD


Panaji, July 10 (IANS): A Nigerian was arrested on Friday in the beach village of Anjuna while peddling LSD, a synthetic drug, police said.

James Sunday Chinoso, 28, was arrested in possession of LSD liquid and other paraphernelia worth around Rs.2 lakh during a raid conducted by the Anti-Narcotics Cell of Goa Police, in the beach village infamous for availability of drugs.

LSD is a party drug popular in the trance party scene here.

The accused has been booked under relevant sections of the Narcotics, Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
