Coimbatore, June 26 (IANS): The second round of the four-wheeler Indian Rally Championship (IRC), the Rally of Coimbatore, has been postponed and will be held from July 30 to August 1, according to a press release from the Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of India (FMSCI) on Friday.
The Rally of Coimbatore, originally planned from July 17-19 is a gravel stage event and comes after the season-opening Rally of Maharashtra held in Nashik recently.
The other rounds of the IRC will be the Rally of Kerala (October 16-18), K-1000 Rally (Bengaluru, November 20-22) and Coffee Day India Rally (Chikkamagaluru, December 11-13).
The two-wheeler MRF MOGRIP FMSCI Indian National Rally Championship (INRC) Rally of Coimbatore will be held on the same dates (July 18-19) as announced before.
