Mangalore, Mar 17: Sandesha Lalitakala Mahavidyalaya will host a poets' meet for college students on Saturday March 17.
The Kavi Goshti for students of degree colleges coming under the Mangalore University will be held from 10 am to 12.30 pm on Saturday. There will be Kannada poetry recitation by eminent Kannada poets and an interaction session with these eminent poets.
One student from each college is eligible to participate in the poets' meet. Student delegates can also read their poems at the poetry session.
This was announced in a joint press release by Sandesha director Fr Francis Lewis, college principal Vani Rajgopal and programme convener Dr Kavita Rai here on Tuesday March 13.
