Daijiworld Media Network – Mangalore (AF)

Mangalore, Mar 12: India’s first-ever Open Power Systems Lab, provided by IBM, was inaugurated at NITK campus here recently. NITK is only the seventh in the world to have such a laboratory.

The lab was inaugurated by IBM University relations programme manager Sudar Oli.

IBM will assist NITK faculty and students in their research concerning various subjects related to technology and sciences. The lab will facilitate developers from all over the world.

The lab will also help NITK in teaching and training students on relevant subjects.
