Arpita encourages 'dear friend' Kashmira for 'Manmarzian'


Mumbai, April 9 (IANS): Actress Kashmira Irani, who is making her comeback on television after seven years with "Dosti..Yaariyaan..Manmarzian", has found a new fan of the forthcoming TV show in her “dear friend” and superstar Salman Khan's sister Arpita Khan.

Arpita, who married businessman Aayush Sharma in a star-studded ceremony last year, showed her excitement about the show on Twitter.

“She needs all your love, support & blessings! Plz shower her with all the encouragement @kashmira_irani,” she posted.

Arpita has also taken out time to come here and be with Kashmira for the launch of the show, which will be aired on Star Plus starting April 13.

“Arpita is a dear friend. In fact, how much ever I thank her it won’t be enough. She has always been by my side and also given me the motivation to do so many things. She makes me confident and is someone I can always go up to when I'm in need of help” Kashmira said in a statement.

Aditi Sajwan, Shafaq Naaz visit Delhi

Actresses Aditi Sajwan and Shafaq Naaz, who play Koyal and Mayuri in popular comedy show “Chidiya Ghar”, visited the capital to meet and greet their fans.

The duo entertained the fans and even performed on a couple of Bollywood tracks during their visit on Tuesday.

They also tried the local cuisine for some change.

"I have spent little time in Delhi in the past and love the city. I wish to come again and again to this wonderful city,” Aditi said in a statement.

Shafaq added: "I truly enjoy meeting my fans all across the county. It warms my heart to see so many people come especially for us."

"Chidiya Ghar", which airs on SAB TV, tells the story of a fun loving family comprising different members with their unique mannerisms. All members exhibit one unique trait that defines their personality and behaviour.
