Panaji, Mar 2: The annual festival of folk dances and handicraft art got under way at the Darya Sangam in Kala Academy, Panaji.

The event showcases some of the finest folk dances from different states like Rajasthan, Gujarat, Goa and Maharashtra. The 10-day festival is jointly organized by the art and culture department, Goa government, West Zone Cultural Centre, Udaipur and Goa Kala Academy.
