Mangalore, Feb 8: The department of Hospital administration of Fr Muller Medical College has organized a workshop on "Relationship Management between Employer and Employee and its Legal Implications" on Saturday February 10.
The workshop will be held in the conference hall of Fr Muller Hospital. The workshop will be inaugurated by Dr Aloysius Sequeira, registrar of NITK Suratkal at 9 am on Saturday.
The workshop will cover topics such as role of employer and employee, role of hospital manager/HR manager as an employer/employee, legal compliance of health care organizations and discipline.
Hospital administrators, nursing administrators, HR managers, students of hospital administration and human resource management are invited to participate in the workshop.
