Udupi, Jan 20: The much-awaited district administrative complex will be constructed at End Point at Manipal near here, promised deputy chief minister B S Yadiyurappa.
Addressing the media during his visit to the district here on Friday January 19 he said that 15 acres of land "Rajatadri" has been set aside for the construction of district administrative complex and there will not be any further delay to start the work. "Since the Manipal Group has withdrawn their case from the court, there are no more hurdles for this ambitious and much-needed project," said Yadiyurappa.
District-in-charge minister Dr V S Acharya, MLAs Sunil Kumar, Raghupati Bhat, Lalaji Mendon and BJP district president Kota Srinivas Poojary were also present at the press conference.
