Los Angeles, Jan 12 (IANS): Actress Nicole Kidman's son Connor Cruise reportedly wants to work with her husband and "American Idol" judge Keith Urban.

Budding DJ Connor, who was adopted by the actress and her former husband Tom Cruise, has reportedly reached out to Urban as he wants to remix one of the country singer's songs, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"Connor felt like he never had the chance to connect with Keith, this is the perfect opportunity. Keith was shocked, but more than anything, he was flattered," a source told OK magazine.

Oscar winner Kidman, who has adopted daughter Isabella, 22, with Tom and daughters Sunday, six, and Faith, four, with Keith, is thrilled that Connor is forming a bond with his stepfather.

"Family is everything to Nicole, and she's always wanted her son and Keith to have more of a bond," the insider added.

The 46-year-old has encouraged Keith to show his support even if he doesn't like the remix.

"Nicole keeps saying he just has to go with it," the source said.
