Mumbai, Dec 19: Issuing a stern warning to terrorists, Shiv Sena Chief Bal Thackeray on Monday said those intending to target him would be wiped out. “If there is any attempt on my life, the entire terrorist outfit would be wiped out from the country,” Thackeray wrote in an editorial, ‘Aamchya Angawar Yaal Tar' in the party's mouth-piece, Saamna. Thackeray is the editor of Saamna while MP Sanjay Raut is the executive editor.
“My life is for the country and Hindutva, and I am ready to sacrifice it,” he said, after receiving an alleged threat from Lashkar-e-Toiba.
Thackeray further alleged that terrorists had developed a base in the country due to the Congress' and Samajwadi Party's appeasement policy of minorities. He added that there was a conspiracy afoot to divide India with Pakistan's help. “Bangladeshi infiltration had increased so much that 56 NE districts have played a role in electing MPs and MLA’s” he said.
Thackeray said 80 crore Hindus had no "Hindurashtra”. ''The Hindus, who are in a majority, are living a second-grade life in their own country, and those who are raising their voice against them are being given doses of 'secularism’,’’ he said.
