Mumbai, Dec 16 (IANS): Filmmaker Onir says he will begin working on the sequel of "Life In A...Metro" only once he is done making "Shab" and another film that he has on his plate.
"Right now I am busy with my film 'Shab'. So, once I finish this film, I have one more film in the pipeline. So after that, I will start with 'Life In A...Metro' sequel. I don't want to be in a hurry to direct the film. I will take my own time," Onir said.
The 2007 film "Life In A... Metro" was directed by Anurag Basu, and starred Dharmendra, Nafisa Ali, Shilpa Shetty, Kay Kay Menon, Shiney Ahuja, Irrfan Khan, Konkona Sen Sharma and Kangna Ranaut.
Meanwhile, Onir is occupied with "Shab", which is widely shot in Delhi.
"'Shab' is being widely shot in Delhi. The film is about people and fashion industry, multiple relations...it's an intense love story. I am introducing a new actor in this film and I feel new actors should get a chance," he said.
"Shab" also features features Raveena Tandon and Ashish Bisht.
