Ileana D'Cruz opens new store of Footin India


Noida, Dec 15 (IANS): Bollywood actress Ileana D'Cruz Monday opened a new store of footwear brand Footin India at The Great India Place Mall here. She said that it's amazing to see such fashionable and exquisite pieces being offered at such affordable prices.

The international brand entered the country in 2011 with the objective of offering fashionable and affordable footwear to consumers looking for the latest trends and styles. The brand now has over 39 stores across 24 cities.

The "Main Tera Hero" fame actress said: "It's mesmerising to see such fashionable and exquisite pieces being offered at such affordable prices."

"The brand clearly focuses on the youth of today from its extensive catalogue. My personal favourites are the studded ankle length boots and solid colour gladiators," she added.

Ileana was joined by Thomas G. Bata, the chairman of Bata Shoe Organisation and Rajeev Gopalakrishnan, the group managing director South Asia.

Spread over a 1200 square feet area, the new store offers an extensive range of the brand's stylish and trendy collection across footwear and accessories for men and women.

Footin also has stores in Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia.
