Australia take 212-run lead at tea on day 4

Adelaide, Dec 12 (IANS): Australia were 139 for one with a 212-run lead at tea on day four of the first Test against India at the Adelaide Oval here Friday.

One of Australia's first innings centurion David Warner (batting 69) and all-rounder Shane Watson (batting 33) increased the pressure on India with an unbeaten 101-run stand for the second wicket to put the hosts in the driving seat.

India bowled without much luck and discipline and were made to pay as Australia plundered 107 runs in the session without losing any wicket.
