Norway's Jansrud wins skiing super-G

Ottawa, Dec 1 (IANS): Norway's Kjetil Jansrud won super-G in one minute 32.02 seconds for his second skiing World Cup victory in two days.

The Olympic super-G champion had won the season-opening downhill Saturday, reports Xinhua.

"I never expected a double win," Jansrud said after the win Sunday.

"That's something you rarely see in alpine skiing. Kind of surprised."

Matthias Mayer of Austria was second in 1:32.31 and Dominik Paris of Italy was third in 1:32.33.
