Udupi, Nov 13: In the national-level inter-hotel management college competition ‘WGSHA Quest’ organized by Welcomegroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration at Manipal near here, the Culinary Academy of India, Hyderabad, took home the overall championship, while Manipal bagged the runners up.
Thirteen colleges from places like Bangalore, Chennai, Calicut, Ooty and Hyderabad participated in the event.
Competitions like ‘Culinary’, wherein the participants had to prepare a four-course meal in three hours, flower arrangement, menu card creation, vegetable and fruit carving and some other events were part of the quest.
