One can never say whether there was a police hand in his escape. This time shoot and injure one of his legs so that he will never try to escape. Sounds harsh but these people deserve it. Look at him and you can never say he is a criminal instead he is out on a picnic. Looks very thin and fit to escape at any point.

Finish such creatures. Encounter them and don't feed them with Tax Payers money. Nobody will remember the episode, but left unharmed will cause more harm to society. How long we are going to keep such creatures i the jail and feed them?
    Wipe them out.

Utilize these criminals by allocating hard labour like helper in construction of Police station, Jail compound wall renovation, Painting and cleaning etc. instead of free food inside the jail.

Criminals like this should be thrown in septic pits and not allowed to come out at least for a week.
