So nice of you Nalin Kumar and Fr. Gregory D’souza.
Any effort made to build harmonious relations between communities should always be appreciated and encouraged not only in the interest of the nation but in the interest of humanity as well.

Karkala Attur church is one such great shrine where lot of Hindus too visit for praying during annual festival day every year since old days....
What a classic example of secularism...secularism through heart........
Bunt community people are responsible for saving the Dist's oldest Kerem Church in damaskatta during Tippu's rule when it was attacked by his soldiers to damage it.Kerem church is more tha 400 years old and even today every year on annual feast day the members of this bunt communty receive ripe bananas from the priest given as mark of respect for their service to the church....

Appreciate MP Nalin Kumar visit to holy place. If the leaders initiated this surely people will live in religious harmony. Saint sister Alphonsa shrine at Bharananganam, in Kerala attracts millions of devotees and tourists in Kerala and I hope Mudipu will also grow in same line.

Highly appreciable MPs visit, Govt funds should not spent for any pilgrimage centre, instead should be spent to develop the pilgrimage areas like roads, bus-stop, communications system etc.
