    Dear Air India,
Getting air ticket is not a problem. There are many sources to get it even online bookings.
But the problem is in your services. If you maintain the following things will be much better and most welcomed:
    Punctuality
    Improved in-flight services
Compensation for the delay or cancellation of flight like other carriers.
    Thank you.

Is it a new idea from AI.to get more passengers?what is the use of having all Apps ,booking and what not, when they dont fly at all due to "some maintainance."as it happened last times.People have to bring time in Hotels or on the beaches instead of home.Hope they learnt now something.
