Mumbai, Oct 23:  The Havyaka Welfare Trust organized the 'Johny Lever Show' on Sunday October 22, in the Shanmukananda hall here, in aid of the construction of Havyaka Bhavan.

Suresh Shetty, state minister, who was the chief guest at the programme, assured his cooperation for the Havyaka Bhavan.

Kripashankar Singh, former home minister, DIG Satyapal Singh, M V Nair, Kishore Avareshekar, entrepreneur and Arun Shervekar, were present on the dais.

Vimala Bhat, trust president, welcomed the gathering. Dr Jagannathrao Hegde, former sheriff, gave the welcome speech. N R Hegde, Ganapati Bhat, V G Joshi, Gopal Korpeshi, Dr K Sakpal, Y C Pawar and Shyam Hande were also present.

The musical programme was conducted by Kiran Kotian while the stage programme by Zara Jindani. While Johny Lever was at his usual best, the Sumita and Vinod troupe presented an entertainment programme. Guru Nair Productions along with artistes Kirthi Sagarya, Ninad Goa and Achina Mahajan, presented a grand musical evening.
