Mangalore, Oct 20: A one-day workshop on "Innovating Teaching Methodologies" was organised by ICFAI here on Thursday October 19.
Speaking on the occasion Dr P S Yadapadithaya, chairman, dept of commerce, Mangalore University, stressed on the need for teachers to have affection for their profession. He said that teaching must involve innovative techniques that go beyond classrooms.
The workshop was attended by thirty teachers from colleges in and around the city.
Among those present were Prof Prabhakar Timble, regional head, ICFAI and Prof K Narayan, principal, ICFAI.
