Mangalore, Oct 16: Popular Front of India (PFI) Bajpe division, Moodabidri area filed a case against RSS Pathasanchalan for creating an atmosphere of tension and fear in Moodbidri yesterday on Wednesday, October 15.

RSS, as part of ITC camp organized at Jain PU College Moodbidri, conducted a Pathasanchalan wielding swords in public which allegedly created tension and fear across the city, claimed PFI members.

Shareef Thodar (area council member, PFI Moodbidri) filed a case today in Moodbidri police station claiming the march conducted by RSS was anti-national violating peace in public domain.

He urged sub inspector of Moodbidri to take strict action against peace breakers.

By writing this comment I am not at all supporting the criminals. Both should be booked and dealt as per the law of the land. Each and every individual including the children aged at 10 are carrying mobile phones. What is abnormal two individuals carrying a mobile phone each? If police recovers multiple numbers of phones, then one can understand these phones are utilized for illegal activities. Secondly a fake gun and finally a rusted knife. Appreciate if police would have also arrested RSS members who brandished the swords in public on October 15 and I have not read any news on arrest of these people.

If we see old Sculptures and wall paintings of India like Belur Halebeedu, Ajanta, Ellora, we will find that Indian men were not wearing any cloth above the chest. Below the Chest they were wearing only a Dhoti. So, these RSS men should also follow the same system instead of wearing British dress.

Brandishing any weapon or any edged weapon LONGER than 9" is covered under the arms act and requires clearance from the authorities.
