Gambling is OK,so long they do not disturb the locality.
Police dept has many things to do such as controling crimes etc..
Why these guys should be diverting their time and energy on such things.
These gamblers will change the venue and will continue their habits.

Social enjoyment like gambling & drinking is something that the law can't completely stop even after trying to do so. A couple of days ago, we learned that Kerala is the first Indian state to impose ban on drinking alcohol. Would the ban be effective for the long-term?
