Kundapur man Alwyn D’Souza (48) dies on duty in Riyadh

Kundapur, Oct 6: Alwyn D’Souza (48) a resident of Chikansal, Kundapur died while on duty in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

He had been working with J & P Constructions (Airport and bridge s constructions division), a Cyprus based company for the past twenty four years.

The deceased was in his hometown on leave recently and had joined duty only on October 2.

It is said that while he was on duty, he fell on concrete racks never to recover. He succumbed to head injuries in the hospital.

Alwyn D’Souza, son of Peter D’Souza originally from Uppinakote, Brahmavar had shifted to Kundapur some years back. He is survived by wife and a daughter.

Arrangements for the repatriation of mortal remains are being done.
